When creating 'Purgatory Creek' as part of a group project, the team decided the game was lacking a certain flair, so we devised to write a country style song that evoked the essence of classic cowboy songs.

Using an acoustic guitar I designed a simple chord progression and lyrics that echoed cowboy tales of the past. After refinement the song was recorded (poorly; due to the lack of professional equipment), edited and implemented within the game.
